Named to Board of Archway Foundation

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J., March 19, 2010 – Scott H. Marcus, president of Scott H. Marcus & Associates, a South Jersey law firm specializing in commercial litigation, including debt collection, insolvency work and real estate matters, has been named to the Board of Trustees of the non-profit Archway Foundation.

Through a variety of programs, the Archway Foundation seeks to raise awareness of those in the community with special needs, and provides education services, children’s services and human services. The Foundation currently assists more than 3,000 students and clients throughout eight South Jersey counties.

“It’s a privilege to be part of an organization that has given so much to so many in the region,” says Marcus. “I am very excited to use all my resources and contacts to enhance membership, increase the Foundation’s visibility, and raise funds to assist children in South Jersey.”

Archway Foundation programs include before and after school childcare, early childhood programs, foster children services and developmental disabilities services. The Foundation also runs Archway Schools for the handicapped, with the main campus in Atco, N.J.
